History of Business
Dinosaur Provincial Park became a provincial park in 1955 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979. The park is open all year for camping and picnicing. The visitor center is open daily from April to mid October.
Description of Services
The Park Visitor Center has displays on the local flora and fauna of the badlands and prairie environment as well as fossil exhibits. The park is one of the richest fossil site for late Cretaceous fossils in the world. The V.C has an information theatre and giftshop.
