Michelle has a B. Sc. in Agricultural Economics and Rural Development from the University of Guelph and an M. Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Manitoba. She has over 25 years experience in economics and busines, having worked in both the private and public sectors as consultant, analyst and college instructor. |
